Personal Care Home Complete is Thomco's program for senior living homes with 10 or fewer beds,
and complements Thomco's Senior Living Programs, which is designed for larger communities including Assisted Living, Independent Living and CCRC exposures.
The new property program, placed with an A-rated market, is in response to a demand by existing and prospective customers for property coverage for their facilities.
