Thomco's Senior Living Programs is targeted towards
Independent Living, Assisted Living,
Alzheimer's and Continuing Care Retirement
Communities (CCRCs). Other than
CCRC facilities, the program is limited to
facilities with ambulatory residents who
need assistance with Activities of Daily
Living.
Thomco also writes CCRC accounts that are in a
campus setting involving, Independent Living, Assisted Living,
and Skilled Nursing Facilities. Ideally, the Skilled Nursing Service
will represent no more than 25% of the overall account.
Senior Living Programs includes Property, Auto, General liability, Professional Liability, and Umbrella coverage through a company rated A by A.M. Best. Workers' Compensation Coverage is also available. This program is available in all states except: Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
